Private Money loans are non institutional loans funded by private investors and are secured by real estate. They are also known as hard money loans. These loans give borrowers an easier option when it comes to financing since they are much easier to obtain than traditional loans. Traditional lenders have strict regulations when it comes to being approved for a loan and even if you have a structured investment plan, you can still leave the bank empty-handed. This is because banks look at the borrower’s credit and if they have bad or no credit, they will not be approved for the loan.
